Relax Kids

Relax Kids was created in 2001 by the lovely Marneta Veigas. Relax Kids is a pioneering company in the feild or mindfulness and relaxation for kids and now its grown to include adults. Marneta developed a beautiful 7 step programme taking you from high energy to chilled out and relaxed.

Depending on the age of the children parents/ carers are expected to stay.

Just Relax

The 18+ years version of Relax Kids. Created to bring out your inner child and develop self help relaxation techniques.

Shibashi Taiji/ Qigong

Shibashi is a beautiful blend of taiji and qigong. A stunning set of 18 qigong exercises based on the principles of taiji. This can be performed standing or seated. Learn your Dao Yin and how to use this daily to get your day off to the best start.

Shibashi is deeply relaxing, it improves your breathing, suppleness and improve joint mobility.

Transformative Meditation

Transformative Meditation is a newer form of meditation. It works with the subconscious mind in order to help develop a positive thought pattern and break the old negative pattern.

It starts with a progressive body relaxation, breath work, deepening the relaxation in order to work with the subconscious mind and implement positive reinforcement.

Great for relaxation, stress relief, building self esteem and confidence building.  

Breathe

Breathe is a blend of different techniques to soothe the body, mind and soul. It's a class developed through my years of therapeutic practice and my continuous professional development. I am blessed to have been taught a whole host of techniques and tools that have helped me personally and now it's time to use these to help others. This will include meditation, breath work, Hakalau, Ho'oponopono and self love to name a few. Each session will be completely different and unique.
